Nick Maley

Special Makeup and Creature FX Designer, screenwriter, Second Unit Director, author, motivational speaker, founder of the Follow Your Star Foundation and STARnet Events, Nick was a member of Stuart Freeborn's creature crew on Star Wars IV A New Hope and became a key contributor to the creation of Yoda for The Empire Strikes Back. Having contributed to Superman - The Movie, The Shining, and devised sequences for movies like Highlander, Krull and the groundbreaking creature effects in the cult movie Lifeforce, he is a veteran of over 60 movies. His knowledge of creature creation and practical effects, combined with his constant desire to uplift the lives of those he meets, has endeared him to three generations of movie fans.

David Whiteley

British award-winning broadcaster, documentary maker and author, David is the presenter of BBC One Current Affairs programme, Inside Out.  He also regularly hosts the regional evening news for the East of England.

Born on May the Fourth (Yes, Star Wars day!), 1977 he and his team made The Galaxy Britain Built about some of the the British talent behind the classic Star Wars trilogy including STARnetEvents founder Nick Maley.  David also wrote a book of the same name published in the U.S. by BearManor Media.

In 2019. His follow up documentary Toy Empire about Palitoy Star Wars Toys became a phenomenon in Britain, .

Colin Goudie

Colin was born on July 12, 1961 in London, England.  Despite having over 40 movie and TV credits to his name, a career spanning over 35 years that includes editing everything from 16mm film to Digital 65mm, Colin Goudie is primarily thought of as the Editor of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)... considered by many fans to be the most popular of the Disney "Star Wars movies, but his association with Director Gareth Edwards also includes the Gareth's first feature film Monsters in 2010.

Colin spent many years at the BBC and has contributed to numerous documentaries and TV shows. He now lives in Scotland, which is maybe why he is rather bizaarely wearing a kilt to a Star Wars premier in this photo.

Brian Sipe

Emmy award winning makeup artist Brian Sipe is a character effects designer & project manager who was Makeup Dept head, ( straight makeup and prosthetics) representing Legacy Effects on the Star Wars project The Mandalorian and was Prosthetics Makeup Dept Head on Guardians of the Galaxy - Volume 2, Avengers - Infinity War, Avengers – Endgame, X-Men - Dark Phoenix, and Captain Marvel. His makeup artistry is featured in many projects... on Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique in the last three X-Men films, several Terminator films, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, (team won BAFTA and Oscar for Best Makeup.)
