OK..... so you want to send us email. We are always pleased to hear from visitors, especially when they have something nice to say! The trouble is that they usually expect us to reply!
With up to 500,000 hits a week at times the tendency is for us to get more email than we can handle. It can take quite a while before we get a chance to respond. Sometimes we can't get to it. Remember that this is a FREE site so there is no income to pay for staff to respond to email. before you contact us please read the whole of this page. If your email makes it clear that you haven't bothered to read these suggestions we simply won't reply. Sorry but that is the way it has to be.
Every week we get a load of mail from visitors who can't be bothered to check the index for what they want and expect us to do it for them. Please don't be one of them. If you are a student looking for stuff for school..... we are sorry but we just don't have the time to do your assignments for you. Have a good look at the index.... If you can't find what you are looking for there...... we probably don't have the answer to hand
