Head of Town Comunity is an organization representing the communal interests of enterprises and individuals doing business in the area between CIBC First Caribbean Bank and Saint Rose Archade in Front Street, Philipsburg, Sint Maarten.  The organization is non-profit with the aims of uplifting and promoting that area.
