Such individuals MAY have their identities revealed to inquiring authorities and the services provided may be terminated without notice, refund or recourse.

INTERNET RELATED SERVICES: A client is expected to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of others. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use. 1001resources.com forbids the use of any licensed domain name in connection with any activity generally considered illegal by international standards. This would include, but not be limited to, child pornography, the distribution of website passwords, "warez" activities (freely distributing copyright programs), promoting hacking and/or cracking programs, or the the promotion of ANY activity that violates international law. Clients may not use any licensed domain name in connection with the violation of any copyrights including, but not limited to, copyrighted art, photography, music, software and other intellectual property. Clients agree to indemnify International Media Services Inc. against any possible litigation involving trademark or copyrighted materials. Clients creating websites with password protected files (such as member only image archives) MUST provide us with a user name and password to allow us AT ANY TIME to confirm that nothing within that site contravenes these limitations. In addition the acceptable uses for web hosting and passwords protected directories and domain name registration terms & conditions apply to services that involve hosting and domain name registration.

VIOLATIONS: Client's whose accounts are found in violation of these policies may, at the discretion of 1001resources.com, have their account(s) terminated without notice and will be charged any associated legal fees. If there is serious doubt about the legality of a clients activities (but not hard evidence) a client's anonymity will probably be preserved but termination of the services provided is likely.... without notice, refund or recourse.
