Antigua Newsletter L_001 following hurricane Lenny

A quick note to let you know that we will be posting post hurricane photos and reports again at http://AntiguaToday.com/hurricanes (our hurricane hotline). Hopefully there will be nothing to report. Currently we are hunkered down waiting to find out. I've started a diary of Lenny there for those that are interested. So far it has some info on preparations, anticipations and observations. At least it's in place if we have anything serious to report. My mother called in a panic. Apparently press in England is full of stories about the islands being smashed by a killer hurricane. Lets hope we don't get a rash of unnecessary cancellations. So far there has been little activity in Hodges Bay. It rained, then stopped, then rained, then stopped again. That's not exactly exciting, but I like it that way. Lets hope it lasts.
Talking of photos, last week I added a page of post Jose sunsets & other images to our Antigua Virtual Card Center. I guess I'll be adding some others soon
