THE JOLLY HARBOUR YACHT CLUB

 

There are two venues for club racing in Antigua, The Antigua Yacht Club in Falmouth Harbour and The Jolly Harbour Yacht Club in.... Jolly Harbour.

The Antigua Yacht Club is Antigua's national sailing authority. Members there organize our renowned annual Sailing Week along with other periodic sailing events.

Within 6 days of salvaging PUMKIN we started racing her. We were still learning how to get the most out of the boat when 11 weeks later we helped win the Antigua Sailing Week team trophy. The Jolly Harbour Yacht Club is where I race most often. I am just building an extensive site for the club so, if fun on the water is your thing, check it out. For a long time I was between boats and raced with my old friend Colin Jones on his classic wooden yacht Torridge.
